1. What is the withdrawal button?

It’s a customer-facing way to submit a withdrawal request (Widerruf) for eligible online contracts. Your merchant decides how the request is handled and how refunds are processed.

2. Do I need to log in?

No. The withdrawal form is public and does not require an account.

3. What information do I need to submit?

You enter your full name, order number, and email address. You can also provide an optional reason for your request.

4. What happens after I confirm my request?

After confirmation, the app stores your request and sends you a confirmation email. Your merchant can then review the request in the merchant dashboard.

5. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refund processing is handled by the merchant in Shopify. The confirmation email states that your refund will be processed within 14 days (where applicable).

6. How is my data handled?

The app collects only the information needed to process and track withdrawal requests. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. How can I contact the merchant?

If you have questions about a specific withdrawal request, contact the merchant whose store you used to submit the form.
